Load height (or liftover height) is the height of the cargo floor of the vehicle above the road surface. In other words, it is the height you must lift an object (or yourself) off the ground to load it into the vehicle. It does not include the height of any steps, if present. (Ground clearance is a separate measurement and is not equal to load height.)
