The garage is an (optional) area in many nomad vehicles used for all sorts of storage, including bikes, tools, outdoor-use items, and other items you don't need frequently. In many vans it is located under a fixed bed. Garages frequently contain various "hidden" components like electrical systems, batteries, and water tanks.
In some vehicles, the garage is only accessible from the rear exterior doors; there is no passthrough access from the main living area. In other vehicles, there is easy access.
Some garages, especially in large vehicles like trucks and buses, are a separate room that is the full interior height of the vehicle.
Smaller vehicles typically do not have room for a dedicated garage space.
