Homes on Wheels Alliance is a project of Cheap RV Living to help those who are struggling with economic or other issues get started with nomadic living. It operates the annual Rubber Tramp Rendezvous events, We Camp Together, caravans and meetups, and other programs.
Homes On Wheels Alliance (HOWA) is a 501(c)3 IRS nonprofit organization, incorporated in Nevada in November 2018. Our mission is to assist those within the mobile community. We teach nomadic and back country living skills, provide funds for unexpected emergencies, and create opportunities for nomads to find support and community among one another.

Its purpose is to assist seniors and the working poor with securing unconventional housing as shelter. Contributions may be tax deductible pursuant to provisions of Sec. 170(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, 26 U.S.C.§170(c).
