TVs
TVs can work in vehicles, but they typically have an AC household plug. This means that due to inverter losses, you may be wasting a bit of electricity to run them. Also, they are not optimized for low power usage, since they are designed to be used with standard household power. Some TVs have an "eco" mode which uses less power.
Tablets
If you don't mind a smaller screen, a large tablet is optimized for low power usage and has its own battery so you don't have to be plugged in to enjoy it.
Portable monitors
Portable monitors are available in larger sizes than tablets and typically have low power usage. Many are powered by USB-C, and receive the video signal through USB-C as well. Portable monitors are not standalone computers, so you will need a laptop or other computer or device to plug into it. If you don't have a computer, a streaming stick like FireTV or Roku may work well if the monitor has an HDMI input.
Video games
Many nomads enjoy gaming in their vehicles, either on a dedicated gaming console (Nintendo Switch, etc.) or from a PC or laptop.
