Finding the leak
If you aren't sure exactly where rainwater is leaking into your vehicle, try the powder tracing method: Liberally dust your internal walls, ceiling, or floor in the area of the suspected leak with whatever fine powder you can get that will stick to it, such as corn starch, flour, or baking powder/soda. Then spray the outside of your vehicle with a spray to simulate rain (or wait for real rain). The water that leaks into your vehicle will carry the powder away, creating a "river" shape which will let you trace back to the source of your leak.
