A growing number of seniors are embracing nomadic living. Many are snowbirds and most choose to live in larger vehicles such as Class A RVs and spend much of their time at RV parks, but some live in vans and smaller vehicles.
This includes elderly retirees who travel part time, older digital nomads who work remotely and travel full time, and involuntary nomads who need to live in a vehicle to stretch a limited income.
United States
In the United States, those age 62 and older can purchase the America the Beautiful pass (annual or lifetime) at a reduced rate for free access to National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands. Similar State-level programs are available for many State parks and recreation opportunities.
