Plants are a challenge for those living nomadically! The wide temperature swings inside vehicles are brutal for most plants. If you plan to cross any national borders, be aware that having plants in your vehicle could significantly delay your crossing, and there's a good chance you will have to throw them out before you are admitted to the new country.
If you have a well insulated vehicle, an always-on climate control system, and plenty of sunlight or grow lights, plants can work!
