Electric lunch boxes are powered insulated food warmer appliances. They can be used to warm up precooked food (or food that doesn't need to be cooked) to a good temperature. They are not designed for cooking uncooked food to a safe temperature. They work well for heating your food while you're driving using your vehicle's 12v cigarette lighter power port, or from a portable power station.
They can be purchased online and at some truck stops, camping supply stores, and big box stores.
Line the box with aluminum foil for easy cleanup, since some food may get burnt on the pan.[1] Note that there are some possible health concerns with cooking on aluminum.
