Cargo width is the width of the cargo area, measured on the floor, at the widest place; it excludes the wheelhouses. Cargo width at wheelhouse is the width of the cargo area between wheelhouses, which is less than the widest cargo width. Some vehicle specifications do not list a cargo width, since the cargo width at wheelhouses is generally more useful information.
